Notice of damaged goods, errors in order, or missing product, is required within 3 business days of product receipt - (we will use the date of delivery from UPS tracking confirmation dates as an indication that customer received the product).

Gift Certificates are available from giftbandit.com in any denominations and are not subject to tax. Taxes are the responsibility of the person redeeming gift certificate. Certificates are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only ~ for a fee of $6.00 per shipment. You may add a Personal Gift Note with your gift certificate for the recipient at no cost. Please print or write your message clearly with a signature.
