Safe Ordering Your credit information is handled by JP Morgan Chase Bank-Paymentech.
Limited Data Access: All credit information from this site is stored separately with restricted access.
Data Storage: Your credit information is stored safely behind a firewall. This information is not stored on the web server.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): SSL technology is the highest level of security on the Internet. The Secure Sockets Layer protocol provides server authentication, data integrity and privacy on the web. SSL not only encrypts all information transmitted, but also verifies the identity of the server and the safe arrival of the original message.
Illinois State Sales Tax:
As of April 1, 2008 IRS regulations require that we collect 8.75% sales tax on items shipping to any destination or any credit card registered in Illinois.
Payments and Terms:
- We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Debit cards
Other Terms:
Minimum online transaction of $10 (+ shipping additional) prepaid is required. Payment of (100%) is expected at time of order for all custom orders. Product prices and shipping costs are based on US dollars. Prices, descriptions, options, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Verification of Orders:
We will do all we can to retrieve and/or inspect your order before it enters production, however in the event an order is submitted with incorrect information supplied by the customer, the order will end up in our order department and will be processed as submitted. Where unsure, ask 2 people in addition to yourself, to inspect your TEXT before you submit your order to us. You may ask FOR US TO INSPECT your order BEFORE it is PLACED and PROCESSED to add a bit of peace of mind. We are able to do this ~ however a fee of $5.00 - $10.00 per order may apply to each order. Please EMAIL US OR CALL US FOR THIS SERVICE BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Please verify the following before submitting your orders to us:
- Spelling of names
- Correct dates
- Correct time of event
- Street names
- Verify all party addresses and return addresses
- Verify zip codes and add + 4 digit if possible
- All orders are electronically executed with rapid response times within 24 – 48 hours, therefore are not able to be cancelled, changed or amended.
Once an order is placed, we cannot be responsible for errors submitted originally by the customer. Please double check text for accuracy and for layout selection.
Return Check Fees:
A $25 return check fee, in addition to any bank charges your bank will charge you, will apply (without notice) to checks that are returned for insufficient funds. A second insufficient funds fee will be $35 and is subject to bank charge without notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders on accounts with two (2) insufficient funds transactions.
Privacy:
We respect your privacy and truly value your patronage. We will never sell any information we collect to third parties.
