Where provided, customers are provided a FREE electronic proof. We will ask for your approval before your order is printed. Your items will be printed exactly as your proof appears unless you request changes or error corrections.
We feel confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately before your order is printed.
All returns must be approved by giftbandit.com and are subject to a 15% restocking fee from retail price, before shipping and taxes. All Returns must be approved by giftbandit.com and will be at the customer’s expense, as we cannot refund shipping and handling costs and a return will incur additional shipping costs to return to us.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an error on the part of our vendor, or if the product is defective in some way. Please contact us immediately, (no more than 3 business days) upon receipt of your order (by UPS tracking confirmation dates).
We reserve the right to request that the product be shipped back to us in the original box, packed using extra care. If it is determined that the mistake is customer error (wrong date, time, place, specifications, etc.) we will correct the item, offer a special discount on the retail price for the reprinted item and re-ship at the standard shipping costs at the customer expense.
If your order has not yet been printed, and has not shipped, we will be happy to cancel it – we ask that you contact us right away. Should you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we will issue a full refund. If we have already created your proof, the proof fee will not be refunded. If your order has already been approved by you and sent to printer, we regret that we will be unable to cancel it as our vendors strive to produce many of their products within hours of receipt of your order.
